Navel Oranges

Large to extra large fruit.  Peels and sections very easily.  Excellent eating orange.

Juice Oranges

Juice Oranges are usually round to oval shaped and have a dark yellow to orange color with a thin and smooth peel. They are medium sized with some seeds, making them a great orange to use when you want a fresh squeezed glass of orange juice!

Red Grapefruit

The Red Grapefruit, sometimes called Ruby Red, is known for its lighter red interior color and also for being seedless. The rind is smooth and yellow with blush pigmentation, and its sweet flavor and seedless characteristics make it perfect for sectioning.

Red Delicious Apples

America’s favorite snacking apple, the heart-shaped fruit is bright red and sometimes striped. Crunchy with a mildly sweet flavor, Reds are also great in salads. They’re harvested in September and October and available throughout the year.

Anjou Pears

Commonly referred to by their French name,
“d’Anjou,” the Anjou Pear harvest begins in the fall and they arrive in produce departments in late September. Many professional chefs choose the Anjou Pear for their menus for their nearly year-round availability, as well as for their versatility in culinary uses. Anjou Pears are PEAR-fect for just about any use, from slicing fresh into salads to baking into pies to pureeing for sauces and beverages.

Golden Pineapples

Deep gold/yellow color. High in Vitamin C, harvested ripe and ready to eat. The name “pineapple” came from Spanish Explorers who said it looked like a pine cone. Pineapples are the world’s symbol for hospitality, and when presented to someone, it’s symbolic of saying, “You’re Perfect.”
